If you return the car more than 24 hours early, you’ll get a 40% refund for the unused days. For early returns less than 24 hours, no refund is provided.

Yes, you are responsible for any traffic fines incurred during your rental period. WeRent will provide documentation and support if you need it.

Can I take an off-road vehicle on any route?

Off-road vehicles can be used on non-official roads (like mountain tracks), but insurance does not cover damage to the vehicle on these routes. For difficult routes like Kel-Suu or the upper Alay valley, only "Difficult Off-Road" vehicles are permitted. Check with us before your trip to be sure you're using the right vehicle for your chosen route.

Non-offroad cars are meant for city and highway use only, and cannot be driven on rough or unpaved roads. Use of these cars off-road is strictly prohibited.
